We Build Homes for Families in Mexico & the Dominican Republic
A portion of every 8020REI deal funds home construction for families who need it. Our team doesn't just write checks — we fly down with our families and build alongside the communities we serve.
Since launching the program, we've completed builds in rural communities across both countries, traveling 2–3 times per year with team members and their families. We partner with established local organizations that identify families, source materials, and coordinate on-the-ground logistics — so every dollar and every hour of labor goes directly into the build.
Our team shows up. Literally.
This isn't a “donate and forget” program. We identify families in Mexico and the Dominican Republic living without stable housing, then our team — including our own kids and spouses — travels there to build homes from the ground up.
Every investor who works with 8020REI is directly funding these builds. When you close deals with better data, part of that revenue puts a roof over a family's head.
